Please read before booking...
✔ Session Time Includes Setup & Clear-Up
(applies to DIY and kickstarter only)
Please ensure your booked time includes any set-up, pack-down, and data transfer requirements, as these are part of your allocated session. Studio time cannot overrun, but if no other bookings follow, we will accommodate where possible.
✔ Weekend Bookings
Weekend bookings require a minimum of 2 hours. Subject to limited availability. Please contact us in advance to check if an engineer is available.
✔ Late Arrivals & No-Shows
To ensure smooth scheduling, please arrive on time. Late arrivals will not extend your session. No-shows may result in forfeiting your session fee.
✔ Video Equipment & Operator Use
Only Pod & Pour’s in-house operator is permitted to handle video equipment unless previously agreed.
✔ Data Transfer & File Storage
If you require files after your session, please bring a suitable hard drive for immediate transfer. Must be a SSD hard drive.
Cloud-based delivery is available, with storage for up to 14 days, depending on your package.
After the storage period, Pod & Pour is not responsible for archiving or maintaining files unless otherwise arranged.
✔ Booking Confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant details. Payments are subject to our cancellation and
rescheduling policies outlined in the Terms & Conditions.
✔ Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Our engineers will ensure everything is set up and running smoothly before your session.
In the event of technical faults beyond the client’s control, we will offer additional time or rescheduling options where possible.
